A. Paul Miller Ph.D. has been working in the field of Mindfulness since 2004. His work spans many populations, from private practice, to corporate workshops, from working to provide tools for people during acute psychological crisis within the healthcare system, to working with charities supporting survivors of domestic violence.

His book, The Power of Your Perceptions and his new book “The Mindful Place of Calm”, draws on his experience, both as an engineering working in corporate America and his own journey to find a healthier, more balanced life. It teaches people simple and practical techniques to make positive, measurable and lasting changes in their lives. His background, and work as an Engineer, comes through in his accessible and simple teaching style.
